Lufthansa Aviation Training and Lufthansa Consulting cooperate in specialized training of consultants

In future, Lufthansa Consulting (LCG) will use Lufthansa Aviation Training's (LAT) training documents to enhance the professional training of consultants. In particular, employees focusing on flight operations and safety management will gain access to knowledge from various specialist areas such as aviation law or human performance. The documents can also serve as a reference compendium for the consultants. In a wide variety of projects, Lufthansa Consulting experts are often confronted with changing, technically complex subject areas in their daily work and have to quickly familiarize themselves with new situations. LAT's quality-tested documents which have proven their value over many years in pilot training, support and structure the learning process of the consultants. In addition, regular quality controls and updates ensure that the documents are always up to date.

"With LAT, we have gained an experienced partner especially for the transfer of aviation know-how. We are looking forward to offering our employees structured and regularly quality-assured access to the entire knowledge spectrum of flight operations, thus creating added value for our clients," says Bernd Knabe, Head of LCG’s Corporate Office.

In addition to access to the training documents, LAT also provides the approach to the L+ learning system. Besides individual, computer-supported training, the system also offers the possibility for the consultants to monitor their learning progress.
