“Is customer loyalty still necessary for loyalty programs?”

Lufthansa Consulting’s Managing Consultant Georg Baust will contribute a speech on this intriguing question on the main stage on Day 1 of the 10th Annual Loyalty Conference & Awards event from 05 – 07 February 2018 in Bangkok, Thailand. The company experts in customer experience and loyalty management strategies, Georg Baust and Simon Leitner, will attend the event, and will welcome visitors at stand 11 in the exhibition area.

Loyalty 2018 provides the opportunity to gain a better understanding of customers and their journeys. The event, hosted by FlightGlobal and Global Flight, will be visited by travel loyalty experts to share the current trends, best practice and case studies within the loyalty industry. The agenda will include leading solution presentations, tool demonstrations and peer networking.

Best of Consulting

Lufthansa Consulting has been awarded the coveted consultancy prize "Best of Consulting 2018" by the German weekly business news magazine WirtschaftsWoche. The aviation consultants took part in this competition for the first time and achieved their goal straight away with first place in the category “Competitive Strategy”. The award went to a project which was successfully completed with Czech Airlines (CSA), the national airline of the Czech Republic. Lufthansa Consulting and CSA jointly developed an ancillary revenue strategy and a branded fares concept. The implementation of the overall project resulted in a significant increase in ancillary revenues and thus in a positive operating profit for Czech Airlines.
