Dr. Andreas Kraus serves as Associate Partner responsible for the market Europe and leads the solution group Commercial. 

His expertise includes airline and airport strategy projects with a focus on marketing and business development. Furthermore, he has gained aviation experience in restructuring and process re-engineering projects also in ancillary aviation businesses such as fuelling, maintenance, flight training and ground handling. He has significant experience in the aviation business and directed projects worldwide.
