The core focus of Lufthansa Consulting’s strategy department is to provide carriers or investors with a clearly defined road map based on a comprehensive understanding of market drivers whether they are competitive, geopolitical or other influencing factors.
The strategy department has over twenty years of vast experience around the world having worked on over 50 projects directly focused on topics including start-ups, strategic realignments and due diligence.

For example, today we have four start-up carriers that are currently in full swing and have two more in process. We are also repositioning a multibillion dollar Middle Eastern carrier and have a team of over 50 people supporting on-site.
