Project description

Within the framework of the overall assessment of Aeropostal’s business processes and performance, Lufthansa Consulting was commissioned to conduct an in-depth analysis of the carrier’s marketing and sales performance. Special focus was given to identify strengths and weaknesses as well as potentials for performance enhancements. Based on the results of the assessment, recommendations for cost saving and revenue increase measures were developed. During 2006, Lufthansa Consulting supported Aeropostal in implementing the recommended adjustments.
