Project description

Qatar Airways has embarked on an ambitious expansion program that will see the carrier add several new aircraft to its fleet in the near future. It will also be among the first airlines in the world to operate the A380 megaliner.

Recognized for excellent customer service, Qatar Airways decided to embrace JAR OPS 1 as the regulatory standard for its operations in order to match customer service and operational standards. The carrier retained Lufthansa Consulting to introduce JAR OPS to its Ground Services branch and its network stations.
