Project description

Under the guidelines of Kuwait’s Country Cooperation Framework of 2002-2006, KAC, the Ministry of Planning (MoP) and the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) have joined hands with the objective to make Kuwait Airways profitable by the year 2006.

The resulting project, “Strengthening the Organizational Capacity at Kuwait Airways Corporation”, aims to gain a sustainable competitive position for KAC at the strategic level and to enhance performance by reducing operational costs.

In the framework of that project, Lufthansa Consulting was chosen to develop a new strategy for Kuwait Airways by determining long-range goals and a broad strategic focus for the future of KAC.
