Project description |
The project required strategic planning for all SonAir business segments and their relevant functional areas. Lufthansa Consulting carried out a SWOT analysis, market quantification calculation for rotary, charter and scheduled business. This was followed by an analysis and development of strategic recommendations for each business segment. Our team of experts recommended organizational changes and the implementation of a Management Information System (MIS) including process maps and KPI suggestions. | Back
