  • Re-Design / Development of 121 key processes  for the areas Flight Operations, Ground Operations, Maintenance & Engineering, Material Management, Flight Training, Quality and Safety Management
    Development of Impact Analysis (resources, cost, benefit, risk) and Action Plan for Implementation of processes
  • Conducting workshops to create different alternatives for a new organization as required by the national authority

Project description

The project to improve SonAir's operational performance was carried out in several phases.

  • Operational Gap Analysis (September-December 2007)
  • Operational Control Center (OCC) Infrastructure Design Concept (November-December 2007)
  • Review and Development of Operational Manuals (August 2007-February 2008)
  • Re-Design / Development of key processes and creation of respective Impact Analysis and Action Plan (February – August 2008)
  • Assisting in Organizational Development (May 2008)

Sonair was prepared for re-certification and equipped for the first steps to approach IOSA.
