The project to improve SonAir's operational performance was carried out in several phases. - Operational Gap Analysis (September-December 2007)
- Operational Control Center (OCC) Infrastructure Design Concept (November-December 2007)
- Review and Development of Operational Manuals (August 2007-February 2008)
- Re-Design / Development of key processes and creation of respective Impact Analysis and Action Plan (February – August 2008)
- Assisting in Organizational Development (May 2008)
Sonair was prepared for re-certification and equipped for the first steps to approach IOSA. |
