Project description

Preparation and implementation of a concession to operate Congolese airports.

Lufthansa Consulting has signed a contract with the Government of the Republic of Congo in order to analyze the potential for a concession to operate Congolese airports. In 2007 the relevant studies were performed (air traffic market ananlysis, airport inspections, development of investment plans, financial analysis, strategic concept). Also, the preliminary tender documents were prepared. In 2008 Lufhansa Consulting is managing the tender process for the concession to operate Brazzaville, Pointe-Noire and Ollombo airports. The tender was launched in June and the concession contract should be signed at the beginning of 2009.
