Fuel related data in maintenance & engineering and in the areas of flight and ground operations was analyzed. All fuel polices and procedures were evaluated and benchmarked against the best in their class. Quick wins and fuel savings in the medium term led, together with appropriate implementation projects outlined, to considerable yield savings. |
