Project description

 Lufthansa Consulting performed a restructuring project for the cargo subsidiary of the Egyptian flag-carrier, with the objective to significantly improve the airline’s competitiveness, customer orientation and economic success, in order to support the aimed hub development for Cairo International Airport.
