Project description |
As a result of the political crisis in Madagascar, following the presidential elections at the end of 2001, the flag carrier suffered heavily and had to reduce operations by up to 70 % for approx. 6 months. In June 2002, Lufthansa Consulting was commissioned with management consulting services to turn the Madagascan national airline around, which had accumulated losses for a period of more than two years. |
