Mr. Lueschen is Principal of the Airline Operations Practice at Lufthansa Consulting. He is responsible for consultancy in Flight Operations, Operational Excellence and Maintenance.

Specialist area

He has gained significant experience over the past 15 years in the aviation business with a special focus on flight operations improvement and aviation safety, as well as airline maintenance and engineering consultancy. This also encompasses institutional strengthening of Civil Aviation Authorities and Air Traffic Management.

Outside the office

Beyond his family, where his 13 year old daughter is trying to prepare him for modern dance-floor techniques (Hip-Hop), he is a passionate tennis player. Since his Brazilian project engagement he restarted his soccer activities in the Lufthansa team. Concerning literature he likes to read and recommends Jorge Amaro and Paulo Coelho.
