- Masters Degree in Business Administration from Executive MBA Program at Kellogg Northwestern, Graduate School of Management in Chicago/IL, USA and Germany
- Diploma in Architecture from the University of Damascus/Syria
- Postgraduate degree in 1988 from the Technical University (FH) in Duesseldorf/Germany

Mr Toukatli has a passion for travelling and exploring new hoizons which has been perfectly fulfilled through his work as a consultant. When travelling on project assignments abroad, he dedicates his free time to exploring the smaller details that make a particular culture or country unique and a cosmos of its own.
