Paul Schneijder


Paul Schneijder is a Partner and Head of Lufthansa Consulting’s Airline Operations and Maintenance Business Unit.

Specialist area

Mr. Schneijder has extensive project experience in airline maintenance management and has managed projects involving maintenance program development, maintenance planning, and import/export as well as certification of aircraft.

He has also participated in various asset management projects for airlines, including appraisal, sales and marketing, negotiation, conversion and transfer of aircraft between owners and lessees. He has thus developed a sound expertise in the complex business environment surrounding such transactions. As a consultant he has managed various maintenance consulting projects as well as interdisciplinary consulting projects, including complex projects with multiple clients.

As a representative of various airlines he has been involved in technical and commercial platforms and conferences, dealing with aircraft manufacturers, suppliers and authorities. He has also managed various maintenance contracts for these airlines.

Qualifications

  • Master of Business Administration from the Maastricht School of Management/The Netherlands
  • Degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Hogeschool Haarlem/The Netherlands

Outside the office Mr. Schneijder enjoys winter sports, water sports, reading as well as taking pleasure in a relaxing evening with friends and relatives.
