Lufthansa Consulting's Airport Development approach consists of five phases, including a thorough analysis of the current situation, market and facilities, and a traffic forecast. Based on the findings, we create three scenarios. For each, we develop an airport concept that takes account of the local infrastructure and operational requirements, and meets international standards and regulations. Finally, all scenarios are financially evaluated.
