Project description

Within the turnaround project of Garuda led by Lufthansa Consulting as well, a new team of our experts implemented a network management system to improve the profitability after severe operational and financial difficulties. This system contributed very positive the airline’s business. The result after the project’s completion was 70 MUS$ profit in 1999. Just a year before the lost was 200 MUS$.
