Lufthansa Consulting was commissioned for management consulting services to turn around the Philippine national airline, which is operating under a rehabilitation plan. Lufthansa consulting's project consists of supporting Philippine Airlines' management in its day to day business as well as leading and monitoring the airline's change process. For this matter a new special network management system was created, where expertise is especially being applied to the areas of change management, revenue management systems, sales and distribution, outsourcing activities and operations. The result was 15 MUS$ revenue improvement vis-a-vis rehabilitation plan. |
