  • Elaboration of state-of-the-art processes to enhance efficiency and productivity

Project description

Lufthansa Consulting was commissioned to improve the economic performance of Mexicana de Aviación with special emphasis on short and medium cost reductions. In addition, Lufthansa Consulting provided support for the further development of Mexicana’s network management and financial controlling departments. Overall network result was an improvement of 800.000 USD per week through the enhanced connectivity and more efficient usage of the fleet.
