Project description |
Following an accident, the Board of Directors, after due evaluation of the situation and its impact on Gulf Air, decided to implement a program for an upgrade of structures, procedures and standards in all areas relevant to the Air Operator Certificate (AOC) and those areas directly related to the operations processes. The Executive Committee of the Board of Directors entrusted Lufthansa Consulting to guide Gulf Air through this difficult and challenging process. | Back
