Project description	When the Greater Toronto Airport Authority embarked on the Infield Development Project, Air Canada decided to enhance its existing cargo facilities and procedures to accommodate growth and improve service quality until moving into the new cargo building 1. This called for a review of present facilities and the deduction of short to medium term improvement recommendations.
