Project description

SV and Lufthansa Consulting determined a strong need to increase the ability to steer the company towards privatization.
In the first phase Lufthansa Consulting provided the theoretical framework for the implementation of a Performance Management System and supported the establishment of a Controlling Unit.
In the second phase Lufthansa Consulting supported the implementation of the PMS and coached the newly established Controlling Team.
