Project description |
SV required assistance in validating their five year strategic plan to pursue privatization. The development of a five year network plan and a functional assessment formed the foundation to develop a solid business plan. Projects to implement the strategy were defined from functional assessments and the business plan. Currently Lufthansa Consulting is directing the Program Management and providing expertise for the defined projects. |
