The Atlantic Finance Group assigned Lufthansa Consulting to support them in the set up of a new airline. The aim was to exploit the passenger potential within Central and West Africa as well as its intercontinental traffic potential.
Following an in-depth analysis of the market Lufthansa Consulting was further contracted to develop a detailed business and implementation plan. |
