Project description

 Following a change in ownership, the regional Russian airline -  Region Avia – took a rapid growth course requiring a solid business plan. Expertise in identification of the most attractive markets, network set-up and financially viable production plan was integral to the airline’s future market positioning and stakeholders. Lufthansa Consulting supported the airline and helped to secure financial resources for the business plan implementation.
