Project description |
Aeroflot group decided to review current business models of its daughter companies – DonAvia and NordAvia. The key task was to determine regional market growth potential and the best fleet fit. The study highlighted the opportunities of regional flights not involving Moscow as an origin or destination, and inspired a new positioning of the airline. The minimization of fleet development risk was aided by an understanding of market capacity and trends. Market growth stimulation was considered through other modes of transport – intermodal competition. |
