Project description

The global alliances offer various advantages linked to their scale, their network and their commercial policies. The airline had to evaluate the different opportunities offered by the alliances to make a strategic choice and maximize the benefits of joining the most suitable one.
The analysis highlighted the best alliance option as well as the most valuable bilateral partnerships to seek in the near future.
