Project description

Lufthansa Consulting was selected to provide consulting services for Wataniya Airways (Kuwait National Aviation Services) in establishing the premium regional airline in Kuwait in the spring of 2007.
Upon completion of Lufthansa Consulting project, Wataniya Airways received its Airline Operating Certificate and sourced aircraft with the start of scheduled operations in January 2009. The client benefited from the on-time launch of Wataniya Airways and an innovative business plan considering unique Kuwaiti market requirements.
