Project description |
Lufthansa Consulting supported Air Dolomiti in the update of the annual emissions and tonne-km monitoring plans. The scope of work included the analysis of the initially submitted version and addressing the findings from the competent authority, the creation of comprehensive flowcharts and the compilation of attachments to the existing quality manual. In addition, Lufthansa Consulting developed required data verification mechanisms and compiled a list of items to be implemented to reflect the monitoring plan in the organization. |
