Project description

UTair commissioned Lufthansa Consulting to assess and evaluate the carrier’s existing Revenue Management and Pricing environment. Following a comprehensive workshop, in-depth assessment and thorough analysis, Lufthansa Consulting worked out a number of enhancement proposals. These recommendations also supported the carrier’s management in the evaluation and decision-making process for the acquisition of a state-of-the-art Revenue Management system and to enhance UTair’s route and overall network result. After the decision for a new Revenue Management tool was taken, Lufthansa Consulting was requested to support the IT implementation phase with consulting on Revenue Management and Pricing processes. This will enable the airline to secure a competitive advantage while capitalizing on its revenue potential.
