Project description |
Lufthansa Consulting is leading the comprehensive project of Network Management process improvement at UTair. Being the third largest Russian airline in total domestic frequencies, UTair is seeking to re-structure and grow its network based on applying the innovative methodologies and state-of-the-art network planning tools developed by Lufthansa Consulting. The goal of this on-going project is to enable UTair to make the most accurate network planning decisions to further advance its network development plans, while minimizing the risks by relying on the solid quantitative techniques. The project includes training of UTair Network Management team by Lufthansa Consulting experts, where both teams work together to achieve the project tasks. |
