Following the first Boot Camp for new Lufthansa Consulting employees which took place in May 2015, another recruitment phase has now been completed. In October 2015, we sent our newcomers on a two-week introductory training course in preparation for their work in the company with learning and team-building modules.
The camp started at Lufthansa Consulting’s headquarters at Frankfurt Airport to provide an overview of the company’s regional markets, solution groups, procedures and corporate functions. In the second week the new colleagues moved to Lufthansa’s Training & Conference Center in Seeheim which has a tradition of meeting and dialogue, set in a park-like location in a beech forest on the Bergstrasse. In this inspiring atmosphere they experienced three days’ training with sessions covering problem solving, security with the focus on awareness training and stress management and on proposal writing. One fascinating day at the Lufthansa Brand Academy rounded off the Boot Camp.
But of course there was more than just indoor coaching. Some exciting social events and activities were also included in the tough program. To support team building the new employees took part in a GPS-supported outdoor event which they greatly enjoyed.
Lufthansa Consulting will publish new junior positions at the beginning of 2016. The next Boot Camp will take place in June 2016 once the recruitment phase is completed.
