Lufthansa Consulting’s management is not only grateful for the achievements of the company’s present staff but also for the performance of former employees who played a significant part in getting the company to where it stands today. The company therefore places a high value on the annual alumni event which took place at its headquarters at Frankfurt Airport on 3 November 2015.
Thirty-five former colleagues accepted the invitation and after Lufthansa Consulting’s Managing Director Dr. Andreas Jahnke had given his guests a warm welcome, he brought them up to date with a review of the company’s activities and achievements in 2015.
The highlights on this year’s event were the guest speakers who gave a very interesting insight into current Lufthansa projects. Christian Hartmann, Program Director of “Lufthansa Aerial Services”, a new business model that is currently being developed, reported on the related UAV project and David Doyle, Director Personalized Passenger Experience, talked about the SMILE project, which focuses on improving customized Lufthansa products, services and customer-centered communication. Both are assignments in which Lufthansa Consulting is involved.
Delicious snacks and drinks added to the welcoming atmosphere and to the good conversations and discussions which rounded off the evening. Lufthansa Consulting would like to thank all its guests for participating and looks forward to the 2016 alumni event.
