Lufthansa Consulting’s recent Executive Circle event took place on 2 October for the second time in 2015 and was again a great success. Matthias Riveiro, Head of the company’s Inter-Branch division and Partner welcomed executives and specialists from several different industries. This time, 24 guests attended the exclusive forum with the topic “Customer Journey 3.0: Ancillary Revenues & Big Data”.
Prestigious speakers from Lufthansa, MEiNFERNBUS / FLiXBUS, SOFORT AG, Telefónica Germany and XING Events presented their latest approaches and services around digitalization and the use of customer data. Following the speeches the participants actively discussed the innovative concepts and exchanged their experiences.
