Within the framework of its proven cooperation with academia, Lufthansa Consulting once again grasped the opportunity to support a campus event. During the week of 2 – 6 November, the management consultancy participated in the first Business Week, which was hosted by the University of Koblenz.
Lufthansa Consulting was represented by Associate Partner Christine Weigner and Partner Matthias Riveiro. Both worked interactively with the students on the topic “Customer Experience Management”. Once the participants had gained an insight into CEM at Lufthansa, they applied their newly acquired knowledge to two case studies. The challenge was to develop their own ideas, improve the customer experience at Lufthansa and present the results to the workshop audience. Several other companies conducted courses and seminars on topics relating to business administration and IT.
Afterwards, during the joint dinner, the students from the University of Koblenz had another opportunity to engage one-on-one with the consultants and learn more about internship and career opportunities at Lufthansa Consulting.
