As an affiliate member of ALTA (Latin American and Caribbean Air Transport Association), Lufthansa Consulting is again taking part in the ALTA Airline Leaders Forum. The largest commercial aviation industry event in the Latin American and Caribbean region is taking place from 12 to 14 November 2014 in Nassau, Bahamas.
Traditionally, the aviation experts present their strategies and services at the company’s own exhibition stand. Lufthansa Consulting’s Partner responsible for South America, Ms. Liége Emmerz, and Partner Marc Landgraf, welcome visitors at booth No. 40.
Liége Emmerz also heads Lufthansa Consulting’s Brazilian subsidiary in Rio de Janeiro which was established earlier this year as the representative and operational base for the company’s activities in the ALTA region. This step demonstrates the significance of this market for the aviation consultancy and reinforces the company’s close-to-clients philosophy. The aviation industry in this region has been growing constantly during the last years.
At the event the consultants will give an overview of their full scope of competences and share their proven expertise especially focused on airline support. The experts will discuss their targeted approaches with an emphasis on airline start-up management and on solutions for low-cost carriers. In addition to the airline topics, they will also address issues in the fields of infrastructure and logistics. For airports they will highlight privatization strategies and management concepts.
Lufthansa Consulting’s participation in this forum underpins the company’s continuing engagement in the region to support sustainable travel and transportation performance in Latin America and the Caribbean.
